This item was tested by plugging it in to see the results. The unit is running windows 2000 Professional (no other software or discs included). This unit did power on and the touch screen appears to be working perfect (see pictures). The item is nice physical appearance with a few light usage marks. I don’t have a replacement for this item, so it will be sold as is. This item is warranted to turn on and do what is stated in this description.
