Fixed directly to the camera baseplate, it functions integrally with the OM camera body to perform high-speed sequence/single frame advance motor drive photography, operating on various power supplies. Provides for motor driven rewind and advance to first frame after load. An LCD graphic display serves as a frame counter and gives clear illustrations of each operational step.   A maximum sequential filming speed of 5 frames per second without mirror lock-up is the fastest among motor drives generally available on the market. In single mode, pressing of the shutter release button completes film wind-on following exposure, thus setting the camera ready for the next shot - a big advantage in assuring split-second readiness over its counterparts that require the finger to be taken off the button to initiate wind-on. Twin motors revolving in opposite directions virtually cancel out all vibrations. After film is inserted and the rear cover closed, the motor automatically advances two frames to come to the initial exposure position. The countdown type frame counter in the LCD graphic display automatically sets for 36-exposure film, but can be manually set for shorter film lengths. When the counter reaches "0", film advance and shutter release are both stopped and the LCD graphic display indicates the beginning of the motor driven rewind procedure which requires pushing the Rewind Release Button on the camera and turning the Rewind Lever on the motor drive.
