Original computer provides the proper backup settings. Without this it can take a few days to become operational. We MUST take your old computer for trade in. (EXCEPT 3001/3011 WE COME AND INSTALL PARTS INSIDE YOUR ORIGINAL CASE) For us to keep prices down we take your old computer and give you this new one. We use the original Noritsu case at your request so that if your machine is under warranty the technician will not know that the insides have changed. We request any computer warranty you call us instead of them but machine wise it's all the same. If something goes wrong you can always get warranty service either by ordering select parts that failed or within our 90 days free parts and labor. Also, we have extended options. If you do not have a computer at all please contact us so we can discuss your situation and arrange a proper auction for you. All Computers come with standard 90 Days "Limited Warranty on Parts and Labor."Warranty covers all computer components such as: Motherboard, Ram, Processor, Power Supply, Video Card. Does not cover Noritsu specific parts. Extended warranty is available for $50 per month or $500 per year. Upgradeable Warranty is also available for $180.00 per month / $1999.99 per year. This warranty allows you the option after the second year to replace your computer with similar specs of the current generation of computers (Such as if Core "3" Duo) was released during the year you became eligible. Upgrade is free of charge however if you are located out of the immediate shipping zone you are responsible for airfare, hotel, transportation to your location as well as living expensive for the one or two days it takes to complete upgrade.
