M3 is not in mint or like new condition but definitely one in a very good I would say close to mint condition. Most black paint cameras you see are more worn (for example loss of black paint and missing vulcanote). This one is almost perfect. Some small signs of use can be found on the body. Some nice patina on the edges too. Definitely not re-pianted or touched up. One of the in total 3010 black paint M3 bodies made by Leica (Leica made in total 226178 M3 bodies). Technically in perfect condition. Finder is bright and clear. Speeding times are accurate. Vulcanite is perfect and the curtain is 100% light tights. Base plase shows a ding which is clearly visible. Further no dings or dents. Comes with a matching 50mm f2 Summicron in black paint / black anodized. Serial number of the lens is 1836351 (production year 1961). Nice collectable lens. Also not in mint or like new condition but definitely worth collecting and also matches the condition of the camera. Elements are clean with no visible signs. No haze, fog, scratches or cleaning marks. Barrel shows some signs of use as you can see. Focusing goes smooth and aperture blades click at all stops. Furthermore included is a matching MR-4 black paint light meter (serial number 28969) which is perfectly working and also in great condition (no dings, dents or something like that). The meter was probably bought at a later moment as this type originally comes from the M4 period (of course it is fully working with a M3 as well and basically also works better as this type is the improved version of the older MR-3 light meter). Also included is a mint - like new IROOA lens hood. Last but not least included are boxes of the camera and meter (both without number), a box of the IROOA lens hood and a German manual.
